How do I cancel my server?

We would be sad to see you leave but if you would like to cancel your server you can do it via the Clients Area:

• Login to the Clients Area;
• At the top menu select the “My Services > VPS” tab;
• Find the desirable VPS and press the “Manage” button;
• On the left menu choose the “Request Cancellation” tab;
• Briefly describe your reason for cancellation;
• Select cancellation type (Immediate or End of The Billing Period);
• Finally, press the “Submit” button.

If you meet the requirements for a refund (please read Refund Policy for more information) you should:

• Submit a support request by asking for a refund and provide: Brief description of your reason for cancellation; VPS hostname or IP you want to get a refund for.
